What documents do I need for a vehicle title transfer?

Both the buyer and seller should be present with valid government-issued photo identification, the original vehicle title, and proof of current Pennsylvania auto insurance for the buyer.

If the seller cannot be present, the seller’s signature on the back of the title must be properly notarized before the transfer.

For vehicles being transferred into Pennsylvania with an out-of-state title, we will also need a clear photo of the vehicle’s VIN plate for verification.

Do you offer bilingual assistance?

Yes! We provide full bilingual support in both English and Spanish to ensure all your questions are answered and every document is understood clearly.

What is required to have a document notarized?

You must bring a valid, unexpired government photo ID and the unsigned document. You must sign the document directly in front of the notary public.

Do you provide mobile notary services in Berks County?

Yes, we offer mobile notary services for clients who cannot visit our Reading office. Contact us in advance to schedule an on-site visit to your home, office, or healthcare facility.

Can you help me register my business as an LLC in Pennsylvania?

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome during regular business hours for motor vehicle and general notary needs. For mobile visits we recommend reaching out ahead of time.
