About Berks Auto Tags & Notary

Born and raised right here in Berks County, we bring more than 15 years of dedicated experience to every title transfer, registration, and notarization. Our mission is simple: provide fast, friendly, and reliable service so you leave feeling confident and fully supported.

Rooted in Reading, committed to our community

Berks Auto Tags & Notary was founded by Joanna Rodriguez a Pennsylvania Notary and experienced motor vehicle professional with over 15 years of experience in notary, motor vehicle, and administrative services.

Born and raised in Berks County, Joanna understands how overwhelming paperwork and vehicle transactions can feel. She created Berks Auto Tags & Notary to provide the Reading community with friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service.

From title transfers and registrations to notarizations and business services, our mission is to make every transaction simple, efficient, and stress-free.

Taking the stress out of PennDOT and official paperwork

Administrative and PennDOT filings can be confusing, but you do not have to handle them alone. We thoroughly review every document upfront, clearly explain each step, and ensure all requirements are met before submission. When transactions require manual PennDOT processing, we actively make follow-up calls to keep your paperwork moving forward smoothly without delays.

Bilingual service in English and Spanish

Language should never stand between you and getting your vehicle registered or documents notarized. In our diverse Berks County community, offering complete bilingual support in English and Spanish ensures you can ask questions comfortably and understand every detail with complete peace of mind. We take pride in building trust from the moment you walk through our doors at 144 N. 6th Street.

"Berks Auto Tags & Notary made my vehicle transfer so quick and easy. They explained every detail clearly in Spanish, took care of all the PennDOT forms, and treated me like family."
